Sugarhouse

Sugarhouse has become one of the larger cities in the Salt Lake Valley.  It is projected to double by 2020. The climate and economics of Sugarhouse blend together to keep this city thriving.  Sugarhouse has a great economic basis from technology, education, construction, etc. -- there is a well rounded employment basis.  There are plenty of parks, golf courses, canyons, tennis facilities and sports center to keep up with the active community.  The area is becoming more bicycle friendly with bike lanes throughout the area. Also the Bonneville Shoreline Trail now travels from Bountiful to Draper to keep the hikers, bikers and runners happy. There is plenty of entertainment from the Music Hall to the new Ballet West Arts Center to Kingsbury Hall at the U of U. Trax system now entertwines throughout the valley making commuting easy from the airport to Draper to Herriman.

The education system is trying to keep up with the rest of the US and the teachers here do their very best to make sure their students get a good education. Westminster College and University of Utah both have top rankings for upper division education.

Sugarhouse real estate will continue to appreciate in value because of all the potential here within the city. The skiing in the local Canyons is one of the best in the United States. We have Park City, Big Cottonwood and Little Cottonwood Canyons with resorts. The drive to these canyons will take approx. 45 minutes from downtown Salt Lake.
